RETURN POLICY

WITHDRAWAL / CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Refund is not possible, exchange must be made with another product.

You have the right to change your order within 15 days from the date you received it.

Date of shipment of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier company on the receipt.

To accept the change you must first notify us at email: [email protected] or at the following phone number: +30 2310 240 300.

CONDITIONS

In order for the change to be accepted, the returned products must not have been used, they must have all the manufacturer's cards, their factory packaging must be in excellent condition and they must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.).

  • The changes are made exclusively through the courier company (Elta) that you received without any transport costs.
  • Returns - Changes with another shipping company that will charge O-Lab, will not be accepted.
  • After receiving the product, we check if it meets the conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product.
  • The shipping costs of the new product will be at your own expense (3 euros in Greece, 15 euros in Europe).
  • In case the reason for return concerns an error of O-Lab, the amount paid by the customer is refunded.

WITHDRAWAL

Σε περίπτωση που ο πελάτης επιθυμεί επιστροφή της παραγγελίας του χωρίς να υπάρχει υπαιτιότητα του O-Lab, τα έξοδα επιστροφής αφαιρούνται από το επιστρεφόμενο ποσό και ανέρχονται στα 6 ευρώ (3 ευρώ για την αποστολή και 3 ευρώ για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος για παραγγελίες άνω των 60 ευρώ, ποσό το οποίο δεν χρεώνεται κατά την παράδοση με την προυπόθεση πως δεν θα γίνει χρήση του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης).
Για παραγγελίες κάτω των 60 ευρώ αφαιρούνται από το επιστρεφόμενο ποσό 3 ευρώ (για την επιστροφή προϊόντος).

Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where defective products were shipped through proven fault of O-Lab or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then O-Lab takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of the return as well as the shipping costs.
The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
